Returns

• You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • In its original packaging.

• To initiate a return, please email us at

  help@kashree.in

   with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Opened or used jars

• Items with broken or tampered packaging

• Any product marked as “open box” or “final sale”

Please make sure to review your order carefully before purchasing. Once packaging is opened or damaged, we are unable to accept returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email and we’ll guide you through the process.
